Ethnic Cooking

Did some cooking tonight for food in the next 2 days. I cooked dishes that my mom used to cook when I was young.




Ground beef with string beans and sweet potato. Sweet potato is just a substitute for squash. Didn't find one at the groceries.




Bitter melon with egg and sardines. Bitter melon is an acquired taste for me coz I used to hate it whenever my mom cooks it. But now I love it.
