Weird Lunch

so i have the most weird food for lunch today, atleast thats according to my co worker:

pasta - i opened a can of Ligo sardines and heat it in a microwave
yogurt
organic apple
at

    Wait, just to clarify something. You used Ligo sardines as the sauce of your pasta???

    That IS weird but interesting lunch.

    I usually pair Ligo sardines with hot buttered pan de sal and coffee.
