i love florida. where else can you go for a 3 hour flight and suddenly its summer

though the water is a bit cold during this time of the year, still good enough for us to enjoy

Florida

the past few weeks has beeen crazy busy for me... last weekend we finally moved to a new house apartment. me and my house mate are staying in a nice basement at st claire west area... though were not so happy with our wireless internet connection, guess its better than nothing.

the weekend before the big move, me and my cousins spent 3 days in florida to get some vitamin D... as you guys know, toronto is frigid cold these days.

we stayed at sheraton clipper hotel, where my cousin got a 50% off for the hotel rooms, food and service!

Old Mill Inn

today r&d and marketed stability group went for a buffet lunch at old mill inn located at the west end, toronto. 2 of our fellow chemist are leaving the company. as a way of saying goodbye and goodluck...

the ambiance is great... it will remind you of those old huge european house..

food was ok, different from your typical chinese buffet. though a bit pricey for lunch ($22 drinks not included). their thai chicken was good. i also enjoyed the crab meat salad and bread pudding for dessert.

Mandarin Chinese Buffet

went to a chinese buffet today at mandarin in etobicoke. 3 of my co workers are moving to validation-R&D group. so as a way of saying goodluck and goodbye its a tradition to treat them out for lunch.
